Comfort Foods That Always Make Me Feel Better!

Big Hero 6 is released today!! Are you going to watch it? I think Mistah J and I are going tomorrow.

Weeee! It's another 5 Fandom Friday and today's post is all about comfort food. Does everyone have comfort foods? I know I do! Here's my list!

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

They are my go to snack when I am feeling down. If I'm having a bad day, need some cheering up I go for my peanut butter cups. They make me smile.

Cocoa Pebbles

Cereal is a food group. It is, trust me! Whenever I don't feel good at all, I'm talking about having a yucky terrible day. When Reese's won't help, a bowl of Cocoa Pebbles calms me down. It also helps me when I'm having my terrible stomach pains and I can't keep a thing down.

Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup

They are not filling at all but they make things oh so right. Especially if they are the shaped soups. I had a bowl of Phineas and Ferb ones a few days ago.

Tea

Tea counts as a comfort food, right? I'm not sure where my love for tea come from but I think it started when my friend took me to Lovejoy's Tea House here in San Francisco. Tea is just soothing and calming for me as long as I stay away from black tea. Black tea will have me bouncing off the walls. Right now, my favorites are the Sherlock teas from Adagio Teas. I bought all the flavors when I was at SherlockeDDC this year.

Ginger

Random, right? I have tummy issues. I've always had them since I was little. I should be watching what I shove in my mouth but I don't care. One point I was told I was gluten but yea, a year in, I had bread and felt fine. Totally trashed that idea. Anyways, ginger is my all time comfort food for when I am in pain. I love ginger candy. I have boxes of them. When I eat sushi, I will go right for the raw ginger. Ginger tea? Gimmie!

Let me know what you consider your comfort food in the comments. Have a great Friday!!!
