Google + Hangout: Agent Carter!!

I have done my first Google hangout! You have no idea how proud I am about this and to be able to work with some amazing people, it's the icing on the cake!

Travis sent out a tweet a day after the premier of Agent Carter if anyone would love to have a hangout with him to talk all things Peggy Carter and I told him I would love to! Gwen and Joie had also mentioned they wanted to get together and chat so our little group was made!

The first two episodes are up on Travis' youtube channel. The first one was about 3 hours long because we would start geeking out about other things but we kept the second ep at under an hour and half.

The second hangout we chatted about ep 3 and about getting/wanting Agent Carter merchandise. It's something that needs to happen and I really believe there is a demand for it. Joie wrote an amazing post about it and Gwen dedicated her Toy Tuesday post urging fans to speak up and ask for items!
#MakeAgentCarter

I'll keep saying it, if Howard the Duck could get a POP figure and a comic series after only having a 2 min appearance at the end of GOTG film where his only claim to fame was the awesome-ly terrible 80s film then we should get one of Peggy Carter!
(Side note, the film is worth a watch. It's bad but oh so terribly amazing!)

So tweet at your favorite companies like Hasbro, Disney, Lego, Funko, etc and ask for Agent Carter items!

We will be having our third hangout this Friday which we will discuss last night episode "The Blitzrieg Button."

OMG ALL THE FEELS IN THAT EPISODE ESPECIALLY HER SPEECH TO HOWARD!

Feel free to send/tweet us questions or comments during our hangout!! You can catch me @UsagiMylene, Gwen = @thegeekysquib, Joie = @Joie_Fatale, and Travis = @travisthegrimm!

I really hope you guys are enjoying our hangouts! And if you ever want to join in, let us know!

Thanks for your support!

  5. I was super excited when I heard they were making a show for Peggy Carter! I just fell in love with her character--how can anyone not? She is totally AWESOME. I was thrilled to finally be able to see more of her! It's about time that she got the attention she's due. ;) I just love her attitude.
